Contingency Recruitment Model - “Pay on Success”
The ‘traditional’ recruitment model we are all used to. No charge until you successfully onboard a candidate from us. Placement fee calculated on the final fixed candidate salary.
Retained Search Agreement
A small upfront fees charged for an agreed number of hires, giving your team our exclusivity and full attention on your open positions, along with the guarantee of filling the agreed number of hires. Once successful, a final fee is charged at the end of the agreement for the remaining amount.
Bespoke Flexible Model
We understand that every company and team are different, whether this be budget, cash flow or number of hires, so we offer a bespoke model tailored to your company and your hiring plans.
